Ceragem recognized as a “World-Class Product” for 24 consecutive years

Ceragem has recently been awarded the “World-Class Product” title by Korea Trade‑Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), marking the 24th consecutive year the brand has been recognized in the global market.

This award is presented to Korean products that demonstrate outstanding competitiveness worldwide. It is organized and certified by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of Korea in cooperation with the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). To receive this recognition, products must meet strict criteria, including achieving over USD 50 million in annual global sales and ranking among the Top 5 worldwide in market share within their respective industry.

Ceragem first received the award in 2002 and has continuously maintained products recognized under this title for 24 consecutive years to date.

One of the key products contributing to this achievement is the Master V4 thermal massage bed, which has been widely chosen by users across many countries.

The product is designed based on the principles of acupressure, massage therapy, thermal acupuncture, and heat therapy from Eastern medicine, combined with Western chiropractic spinal alignment techniques.

Master V4 integrates various features, including automatic spinal length scanning, nine adjustable massage intensity levels, 17 diverse massage modes, and built-in music programs. These features enable comprehensive health care support, making the product suitable for users of different age groups — from older adults seeking health care support, office workers experiencing back, shoulder, and neck discomfort, individuals looking for relaxation after a long day, to children who may develop posture issues from prolonged studying.

A company representative stated that Ceragem strictly controls the entire process — from research and technological innovation to manufacturing and distribution — to ensure the highest product quality for customers. The brand places strong emphasis on investment in research and development (R&D), supported by technical research institutes, medical research centers, and a network of professional advisors both domestically and internationally.

Currently, Ceragem holds more than 700 technology patents, along with various international certifications such as FDA approval in the United States, CE certification in Europe, and clinical testing conducted in multiple countries.
