On the morning of December 20, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department held a conference to honor outstanding enterprises in the city that have effectively complied with tax policies and laws, making significant contributions to state budget revenues and the development of Ho Chi Minh City in 2023.
The conference was attended by leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, representatives from central departments, tax officials, inspection and audit divisions of the Tax Department, and especially representatives of the outstanding enterprises being honored.

The contributions of enterprises in the area in recent times have always played a key and decisive role in economic growth, helping to maintain sustainable budget revenues and create financial resources for building a stronger and more prosperous city and nation,” shared Mr. Nguyen Nam Binh, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department.
Pursuant to the decision of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation on the issuance of regulations for rewarding taxpayers who effectively comply with tax policies and laws, and based on the proposal of the Taxpayer Commendation Council as recommended by the Director of the Department of Taxpayer Support and Communication, the Director General of the General Department of Taxation has decided to award certificates of merit to 562 taxpayers for their outstanding compliance with tax policies and laws in 2023.
