(Dantri) – Over the past 14 years since its establishment, Ceragem Vietnam has continuously made efforts to contribute to community and social development, with the aim of bringing a healthy and happy life to its customers.

Ceragem is a healthcare company headquartered in Korea and is currently present in more than 70 countries worldwide. Ceragem Vietnam was founded in 2008 and, after more than 14 years of operation, now has over 60 centers across the country.

Alongside its business activities, Ceragem Vietnam aspires to contribute to community and social development and continuously strives to bring a healthy and happy life to its customers. Over the years, Ceragem Vietnam has remained committed to fulfilling its mission as stated in its declaration: “Enhancing the quality of life and creating healthy and happy values for the community.” The corporation has actively participated in social activities such as sponsoring nursing homes, supporting shelters for orphaned and underprivileged children, and implementing the Ceragem Hope Project—beginning with initiatives to support bridge construction in areas with limited infrastructure.

Ceragem Hope Bridge 1 – Ngang Cai Bay Bridge was inaugurated amid the joyful welcome of local residents, especially students who can now travel to school safely every day. Building on the success of Ceragem Hope Bridge 1, the company continues the project by commencing the construction of Ceragem Hope Bridge 2 in Binh An Commune, Chau Thanh District, Kien Giang Province.

Binh An Commune is a rural commune of Chau Thanh District, Kien Giang Province, located along the Cai Lon and Cai Be rivers. Along with social development, the living standards of local residents in Binh An have gradually improved; however, a portion of the population still faces difficulties in daily life, partly due to the dense network of rivers and canals, which affects transportation within the commune.

In 2020, the Binh An Commune People’s Committee invested in the construction of An Lac Road, built with reinforced concrete, measuring 2,500 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width, with a total investment of nearly VND 3 billion. However, the road has not yet fully发挥 its effectiveness, as there is only a temporary “monkey bridge” connecting the two sides of the canal, creating a transportation bottleneck and making travel inconvenient.

Ceragem Vietnam, together with the collective of directors from the My Tam area, jointly constructed Ceragem Hope Bridge 2 – also known as An Lac Hamlet New Canal Bridge – connecting An Lac Hamlet, Binh An Commune, and Thoi Khuong Hamlet, Thoi Quan Commune, Go Quao District. The project had a total construction budget of nearly VND 400 million and was solidly built using reinforced concrete materials, measuring 25 meters in length and 3.5 meters in width.

The project was completed and put into operation with the participation of local authorities as well as a large number of local residents, with the hope of bringing a more comfortable life and more convenient transportation to the community. It also aims to contribute to promoting local socio-economic development in general and the development of Binh An Commune in particular in the coming period.

The bridge helps connect the two riverbanks, strengthen community bonds, and create more favorable conditions for easier travel and trade. It also enables children to go to school safely every day, giving new strength to nurture and grow their dreams for the future.

The completion of Ceragem Hope Bridge 2 once again affirms Ceragem’s mission – not only to provide trusted healthcare products, but also to serve as a company dedicated to contributing to the community through social initiatives.
