Ceragem’s strategy for winning customers

Ceragem implements an experiential marketing approach that allows customers to directly try and experience the value of its massage machines before making a purchase decision.

The hallmark of this approach is the provision of free trial services, enabling customers to personally experience the product and make their own purchasing decisions. When visiting a Ceragem center, customers are provided with product information and are able to use the products completely free of charge, allowing them to genuinely feel the benefits the products deliver.
