Ceragem honored with the Grand Prize
at the 2016 Korea Satisfaction Consumer Index Award Ceremony
The global healthcare company Ceragem was honored with the Grand Prize in medical equipment during the 2016 Korea Satisfaction Consumer Index ceremony held at Ramada Seoul Hotel (in Samseong-dong, Seoul) on September 6th.
The Korea Satisfaction Consumer, which is a leading consumer-led brand award, evaluates consumer satisfaction with products and services across industrial areas in Korea.
Ceragem’s brand, leading to receiving the top prize, was Ceragem Master V3. The product received the approval of the FDA in the United States. It is a thermal massager that delivers heat to massaging points through weight recognition of the body from the user’s neck to pelvis.
Ceragem prioritizes “ethical business practices” and customer-oriented “experience marketing.” The latter enables customers to have enough opportunities to experience a Ceragem product and purchase it with full confidence.
