In the visit to Vietnam with Korea’s President – Mrs Park Geun-hye and in the Vietnam-Korea Corporation for SME Development Conference in Ha Noi on September 08th, Ceragem Chairman – Mr Lee Hwan-seong had an interview with Phap Luat newspaper.  

As a global healthcare company, what is Ceragem development strategy in Vietnam market in general and healthcare market in particular?

chances. Ceragem founded in Vietnam from 2008 operating a network of 30 centers in Ho Chi Minh city and Ha Noi. Everybody could use our product free and unlimited time in centers with healthcare consult service. There are about 500 customers in a center per day. We are planning to open up to 50 centers this year, and 100 center in 2016. To improve customer service, we hold training courses for staff periodically.

Ceragem’s product is quite not familiar with Vietnamese customer, could you explain Ceragem massager’s principle in details?

Ceragemthermal massager developed based on modern medical technique in combination with acupressure and acupuncture principles of Eastern medicine to Chiropractic of alternative medicine. The thermal internal projector moves along the spine from the cervical to coccyx, puts pressure on muscles cover the spine, activates muscles of the body to heat the body’s temperature, to improve immune system and its self-healing. Now the medicine industry in the world is moving from curing to preventing. Our efforts are to improve people’s health through prophylactic and diagnostic products.

Vietnamese is influenced by factors of modern life as pollution, food, drug and stress… How is Ceragem protect people’s health in this environment?

Health problems causing from the economic development are not the social consequence in Vietnam only. Diseases as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke…are more and more popular. The most important thing is we must have good living habits and self-awareness to protect our health. “3 Attention” is included: Ceragem center is not  a hospital, there is no doctor in Ceragem center, Ceragem product is not a medical product but a healthcare product.

Our product is same as other healthcare methods as diet,…need to use in proper way and in persistence. In general, the core thing is Ceragem massager help  to improve body’s immune system and recover weak body’s functions.
